If a package isn't collected in time, the carrier sends it back to our warehouse — so it's always worth picking yours up as soon as you're notified.

Carriers hold packages at a collection point for a limited window, typically 5 to 10 days depending on the carrier and your country. After that, the package is returned to us in the Netherlands.

Once a returned package reaches our warehouse and is processed, we'll issue a refund. Please note a return shipping fee is deducted from that refund, since the package made a round trip.
