A few things worth knowing:

• Your tracking link and carrier notification will tell you exactly where to collect and what to bring (usually ID and your tracking number).
• Please collect it as soon as you can. Carriers hold packages for a limited time — typically 5 to 10 days, depending on the carrier and country — before sending them back to us.
• Once a package is at a collection point, it can't be redirected to a different address.
