If your order was delivered in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days &#x2014; for any reason, and without giving us one. It&apos;s often called the &#x201C;cooling-off period&#x201D; or &#x201C;right of withdrawal,&#x201D; and it sits on top of our standard 30-day return policy.Honest version: for most people, our <a href="https://www.onepiece.com/pages/returns">30-day returns portal</a> is the faster, simpler way to send something back. But this right is yours by law, so here&apos;s exactly how to use it.<h3 id="the-basics"> The basics</h3><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you&apos;re withdrawing. If your order arrived in more than one parcel, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrived.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Once you&apos;ve told us, you then have 14 days to send the items back &#x2014; unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">We&apos;ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
