If your order was delivered in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days — for any reason, and without giving us one. It's often called the “cooling-off period” or “right of withdrawal,” and it sits on top of our standard 30-day return policy.
Honest version: for most people, our 30-day returns portal is the faster, simpler way to send something back. But this right is yours by law, so here's exactly how to use it.
The basics
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you're withdrawing. If your order arrived in more than one parcel, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrived.
- Once you've told us, you then have 14 days to send the items back — unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to release the refund until your items reach us.
How to withdraw
Two ways, both equally valid:
- Use our Right of Withdrawal Form. Choose the subject “Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)”, then copy the form below into the message box and fill in your details.
- Or email us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you're withdrawing. Any clear message works — the form below is simply the easiest way to be sure you've included everything.

What happens next
- We'll email you to confirm we've received your withdrawal — keep an eye on your inbox, and check your spam folder just in case.
- Send your items back within 14 days. All returns, including withdrawals, go through our returns portal so we can register and track them.
- We'll refund your payment to your original payment method. If you chose a faster, paid delivery option, the extra cost of that upgrade isn't included. Return shipping is covered by you, at the flat rate for your country shown in our Return & Refund Policy.
