Will I be charged customs and duties?Updated 3 months ago
For most markets, no — taxes, VAT, and duties are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no surprise customs bills on delivery.
The one exception is our Rest of World shipping zone, where duties and import fees are not included. If you're in one of those countries, your local customs authority or carrier may charge import fees when your package arrives. We have no control over those charges and can't tell you the amount in advance, so please check with your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.
