You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return anything you're not happy with.

Here's the short version.

• Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Register every return through our returns portal before sending it back.
• A return shipping fee applies, deducted from your refund. The rate is a flat amount based on your market and is shown in the portal and in our full policy.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, within 7 business days of your return reaching our warehouse (allow up to 14 business days during peak season, November to February).
• We don't offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or color, just return your item and place a new order.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or wrong, don't send it back. Fill out the form in our Claims Page and we'll sort it out.
