How do I return my order?Updated 3 months ago

Starting a return takes about two minutes. Just head to our returns portal and follow the steps below.

• Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
• Select the items you want to return and choose a return reason.
• Once your return is confirmed, check your email for your return shipping label and return receipt, which we'll send from [email protected].
• Print the label and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label or at an accepted drop-off point.

A few things to keep in mind: items must come back unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Anything returned worn, washed, or without tags can't be refunded.

Please register every return through the portal before sending it back.

We can't take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed if they weren't registered first.
