Courier attempted to deliver, but I was not home. What should I do?Updated 3 months ago
Don't worry — a missed delivery is easy to sort out, and your package is safe.
Here's what happens next:
- The carrier will automatically attempt delivery again the next business day.
- If that attempt is also unsuccessful, your package is held at the nearest collection point for you to pick up.
- Your tracking link and carrier notification will tell you where to collect and what to bring (usually ID and your tracking number).
Please collect it as soon as you're notified — carriers hold packages for a limited time, typically 5 to 10 days, before returning them to us.
You can also use your tracking link to arrange a redelivery or change the delivery option where your carrier supports it.
One thing to note: once your order has shipped, we're not able to make delivery changes on your behalf, so the carrier's tracking page is your best tool here.
