Once an order is placed, we're unable to change the delivery address from our end.

As soon as you have your tracking number, you can contact the carrier directly or use their tracking page to request a change.

Depending on your country and carrier, redirecting to a different address or a collection point is sometimes possible, though it does vary by market.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

• Once a package has arrived at a collection point, it can't be redirected to a different address.
• Onepiece is not able to contact the carrier or make address-related delivery changes on your behalf.

If you spot the mistake very early, you can contact us to request a cancellation — but this is only possible if we catch it before the order is processed. After that, the carrier's tracking page is your best option.
