How long do returns take?Updated 3 months ago

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days. During peak season (November to February), please allow up to 14 business days.

The full timeline has a few stages:

• Transit: the time for your package to travel back to our warehouse in the Netherlands, which varies by carrier and country.
• Processing: we check the return in and issue your refund within the windows above.
• Bank posting: after we process the refund, it can take a few more days for your bank or card provider to post it to your account.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you can track the status of your refund here.

Enter the return number you received when you registered your return. Please note this is different from your order number.
