You can track your return using the tracking number on your return shipping label. This will show you when your package reaches our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you can track the status of your refund here.

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. During peak season, from November to February, please allow up to 14 business days.

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. This is the clearest sign that your return has been received, checked, and refunded.

Once we issue the refund, your bank or card provider can take a few more days to show it.

Refunds always go back to the way you paid, so double-check that account, and note gift-card payments are refunded to the gift card.
