BUYING A GIFT CARD
How do I buy a gift card?
Go to our gift card page, pick a design and an amount, and check out as usual.
What amounts can I choose?
Pick one of our set amounts, or choose your own amount, from $50 up to $2,000. Outside the US, gift cards are sold in your local currency (NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR, GBP, CHF or AUD) at similar amounts.
Which designs are there?
Five: Onepiece, Birthday and Congratulations all year round, plus Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from November 1 to December 31. The design you choose appears in the gift card email.
Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?
No. Gift cards are always sold at full value, so discount codes and sale prices don't apply to them.
Can I buy a gift card with another gift card?
No, gift cards can't be used to buy other gift cards.
SENDING AND SCHEDULING
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, from [email protected]. There's no physical card.
Can I send it straight to the person I'm giving it to?
Yes. On the gift card page, add their name, their email address and a personal message (up to 200 characters). If you don't add a recipient, the gift card is emailed to you, so you can forward it or print it yourself.
Can I schedule it for a special day?
Yes. Choose a send date up to 90 days ahead and the gift card is emailed on that day. If you don't choose a date, it's sent right away.
USING A GIFT CARD
How do I use my gift card?
Shop at onepiece.com as usual. At checkout, enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click Apply. If your order costs more than your balance, you can pay the rest with any of our usual payment methods.
What can I use it on?
Everything at onepiece.com, sale items included. Gift cards can't be used in our Oslo pop-up store.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code on the same order?
Yes. Your discount code applies to the clothes in your order, and your gift card pays what's left. The usual one-code-per-order rule still applies.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Onepiece gift cards never expire.
BALANCE
How do I check my balance?
Open your gift card email and click the link to view your gift card. Your balance is shown there. You'll also see it at checkout once you add your code.
What happens to the balance I don't use?
It stays on your gift card for next time.
Which currency is my gift card in?
The currency it was bought in. If you shop in a different currency, your balance is converted at checkout using the current exchange rate.
LOST GIFT CARD EMAIL
I can't find my gift card email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder and search for [email protected]. If the gift card was scheduled, it arrives on the send date the buyer chose. Still can't find it? Contact us with the order number, or the buyer's name and email address, and we'll resend it to the email address on the gift card.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The person who bought the gift card can contact us with the order number, and the refund goes back to the payment method used to buy it. After 14 days, gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
No, except where the law requires it. For example, in California, balances under $15 can be paid out in cash on request.
What if I return something I paid for with a gift card?
The refund for that part goes back onto your gift card, so you can use it again. If you paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, each part is refunded to where it came from.
