Refunds always go back to your original payment method, so we're not able to redirect them to a different account, card, or payment method. This is a security measure that protects you and us, and it isn't something we can override.

If you paid with a gift card, that portion is refunded to the original gift card and can't be sent to a bank account or card instead.
